Epic in scale yet simplistic in form, our Movie-Themed logo burst off the screen and set the pace for a high-speed, high-intensity year for FBLA-PBL. Intended to carry the feel of a summer blockbuster movie event, this design used large 3D block lettering, skewed in perspective and dramatically lit. The color palette was deep and dark, contrasting shiny, obsidian blacks and smooth, marble whites against a fiery, glowing background that seemed almost to generate heat.

On-screen applications made great use of the three-dimensional aspect of the logo, by swirling us around the block letters, and hurling us forward through the glow in the distance. Print elements were constructed with the same energy seen in today’s most enthralling movie posters and promotions.

This eye-catching approach turned the heads of students and got them excited about being a member, pumped-up for an exciting 2007-08, and ready for an exhilarating future as business leaders.
