Over the first 50 years of Grubb & Ellis' successful history as a leader in Real Estate and Investments, the world around it was transforming rapidly. Showing how Grubb & Ellis transformed right along with it, we provided motion-graphics and creative consulting for a series of incredible vignettes that captured the rich history of America through a unique method of applying 3D qualities to historic 2D images. We took the audience through America's history as it entered the Cold War, saw the rise of technology, suffered a stock-market crash, a terrorist attack, all the while rallying to become the great nation it remains today.

Interwoven into this tapestry was the story of a company founded in 1958 that for 50 years has provided clients with world-class service in property and asset management, real estate development, and has recently become a leader in unique real-estate investment programs.

This was the first of many exciting new projects for Cybis that allows our inspired team of designers to flex their muscles and reach an entirely different audience. We look forward to providing Grubb & Ellis with more visually impactful material in the future!
