CYBIS - Celebrating 15 years of technology & creativity

Cybis Communications came to life in October, 1995 as a technology firm. In its early years, Cybis developed business systems and provided computer training. Its trademark was free telephone computer service to everyone. Founder Jeff Douglass believed that if he put his nickel down first, potential clients would understand that Cybis was serious about building long-term customer relations. This unique approach proved successful and after a small initial marketing effort, Cybis generated 100% of its new customers through word of mouth. And it’s that same word of mouth which carried Cybis for the next fifteen years.

Douglass continued researching the latest technology in multimedia and recognized a gap in the way the tools were being used to effectively communicate a message. By 1999, the transition to media productions was well on its way. Cybis was now creating corporate identities, developing promotional videos, and exploring ways to use the power of media & creativity to help its clients meet their goals.

The evolution of Cybis continued when Cybis Communications Corporation was established in February of 2001. It was becoming increasingly clear where the company was headed: creative & live event productions. Team Cybis found its greatest strengths in embracing cutting edge technology and orchestrating large scale events. While there were many industries Cybis could serve, it favored the non-profit and student leadership market. This clientele offered unique opportunities to make a positive impact on so many individuals.

In 2006, Cybis and its event management partner, TRI Leadership Resources, LLC began providing creative and event technology solutions for the White House and the Office of the President. 

In February 2009, Cybis redefined its core services. We now provide broadcast-ready motion graphics for television and media networks, as well as advertising, marketing PR, and event management firms. We will also continue to capitalize on our team's strength in total show management and will continue to serve corporations and organizations that wish to make an impact through creative live event productions.

In March 2010, Cybis expanded into a 3500 sq. ft. production and design studio in the heart of downtown Orlando. This new larger headquarters positioned Cybis to more readily provide creative media and event production services throughout Orlando and the nation.
