	MOTION GRAPHICS INTERN The Cybis Motion Graphics Intern will work alongside Cybis Producers and Creative Team to implement designs for screen. This person must enjoy working with people in a friendly team environment. An eye for quality, contemporary design is a must. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person to apply their design talents on real applications and benefit from the coaching and experience of our design and production team. Responsibilities may include: Motion graphics & animation (AfterEffects) Graphics design (Photoshop/Illustrator) 3d (Cinema 4D) Video editing (Premiere/Final Cut/SpeedEdit) DVD authoring (Encore) Schedule: Spring 2012. 	TECHNICAL PRODUCER Our Cybis Technical Producer will oversee all event technology. Additionally, s/he will: Recommend and provides solutions related to large-scale audiovisual, multimedia, cameras, and lighting for “corporate theater” Develop technical plans, schematics, RFPs, floorplans and diagrams Negotiate with vendors/partners to support our production needs and budgets Lead on-site execution, striving for happy people and flawless shows Support creative development and logistic planning Coordinate venue services such as power and rigging, layouts, permits, and schedules Research & acquire new technologies to keep Cybis on cutting edge Organize and manage Cybis inventory Communicate with clients professionally and enthusiastically Serve in various show roles at our live productions, such as director, TD or assistant director Must be able to jive with our creative team to help lead our company to producing unique world-class events Assist the creative director/producer in developing show concepts The role consists of about 50% technical planning for specific shows, 20% coordinating a/v vendors and team, 10% HQ technical management, and 20% event creative conceptualizing* The Technical Producer should advocate, promote, and solicit new business and creative innovations in order to grow Cybis’ Event Technical Division and his/her role with the company. Our clients include student organizations, corporations, and event management companies. Our mission is to use the power of media to inspire our audience to achieve. To help accelerate our growth, we are seeking one talented audio director to join our team. We’re interested in meeting talented professionals who can bring their skills and knowledge to Cybis and who have a passion to inspire audiences through music, with an interest in audio engineering. Responsibilities may include: Creatively mix playlists for powerful productions and award ceremonies, such as walk-in & walk-out music Ensure all music transitions seamlessly during walk-in/out Leads setup, arrangement, and strike of all audio equipment (audio console, microphones, delays, amps, rigging) Controls and monitors sound system/audio quality during live event Must have knowledge of audio signal flow and the ability to troubleshoot Schedule: Permalance position to join Cybis in major cities across the country for multi-day productions from January 2012 – June 2012.
