We coordinate venue exclusive services such as electrical service, aerial rigging, Internet connections, staging, etc. While we are required to employ the venue's exclusive vendors for these services, it is our responsibility to coordinate these components in a way that saves your organization. Our concentration on efficient coordination with the venue can save your organization thousands of dollars.
In addition, our team understands the significance of the partnership between the venue and our company. It is our duty to establish a relationship and stay in continual communication with the venue's representatives.
