Jeff Douglass, Founder & Executive Producer of Cybis Communications, shares his passion for inspiring students and producing captivating events.
When Jeff Douglass, Cybis Founder & CEO, first joined FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) in high-school, he never imagined it would one day lead to his role inspiring over a million students coast to coast. That’s how many young leaders have sat in the audience of a Cybis produced live event in the past two decades!
Team Cybis is proud to have been working closely with nonprofits and Career & Technical Student Organizations (CTSO’s) since 2002. With several CTSO alumni on our team, we know what it takes to share their unique messages statewide and even nationally. We give it our all to help positively influence audiences through motivational presentations, creative storytelling, stimulating promotional videos, and jaw-dropping motion graphics. From designing logos and original scriptwriting to the production of general sessions and large-scale awards ceremonies, Cybis brings inspiring stories to life through relevant speeches, choreography, moving lights, the latest music, graphics, videos, scenic designs, projection mapping, and much more!
Our team members are just as passionate about their work as these members are about their organizations. We bring new show technologies and ideas that rival what students could see on the Teen Choice Awards or MTV Movie Awards, giving each student a chance to step into the spotlight in front of audiences over 10,000 strong. It is our mission to produce a powerful event honoring their achievements and inspiring them to continue to pursue leadership and career success.
As a former CTSO member I can still remember my heart racing as I walked into my first Cybis show nearly a decade ago. The atmosphere was not only empowering, but made me feel like I was part of something much bigger than just a student conference.

Nothing makes Cybis happier than helping the next generation of leaders get the recognition they deserve, whether it’s on stage, on screen, or in print!
