My most valuable trait would be experience. I come from an events background and own my own company currently as well. Along with being in the music business for over 20 years, starting as an artist but also becoming an in-house studio producer and engineer.

I started as a passionate WADECA intern in high school. I worked my way to a freelance employee and my DJ career began to fit together seamlessly with Cybis.
Passion. Working side by side so many passionate and hard working people really drives me. The person to my left is equally as excited about lighting as I am about music. The person to my right is passionate about his moment fitting nicely with MY music. I’m surrounded by people who take their creations and work seriously because they are passionate about it, and passionate about the show as a whole, which fuels my fire 100% of the time.

I train, prepare, rehearse, coordinate, and manage everything that can and will happen on stage; not just so the audience is entertained, but so the talent is comfortable and having a great time as well (aka, I Stage Manage).
By no means am I saying I'm perfect at everything, but my ability to at least follow along, no matter the subject, allows me to be a chameleon during a production. I guess you could say I happen to know a little about a whole lot (which is why I'm often known as Kennypedia)
I know it's been said before within Cybis, but our client is really our client's audience. Regardless of anything that may happen surrounding the production (be it live on stage or a logo package or a produced video, etc.) if the client's audience comes away moved, educated, and inspired, then we know we've been truly successful.
A positive attitude – but with a dose of practical! Not to be cliché, but it's true that the only thing you can really control in life is your attitude. And I've worked on it for many years so that now it's just second nature.
I'm a big fan of the Golden Rule in work and in life: treat others the way you want to be treated. Simple and effective. When you can do that, you are more likely to make good decisions and create a positive environment.
I can't help myself! I'm very competitive and have always had it in me to achieve and do my best.
I support on stage presenters in delivering their message with confidence by ensuring that their script is right where they need it, when they need it.
I want to see presenters succeed and be happy with their performance. Whether they are celebrities, corporate executives or student officers, my goal doesn’t change – I want to be there for them so that they can shine on stage.
I know I’ve done my job well when a presenter comes off the stage with a big smile on their face, knowing they just hit it out of the park. I’m just one small piece to the puzzle, but I strive to do my part to the best of my ability.
I love pushing the bar higher in all the work that I do--but having fun with my team is absolutely essential to a job well done. A knowledgeable team that can laugh together is a team that I want to be on!

Like most people in live production, I'm motivated by the thrill of a show in real-time. It's an intense, on-the-spot, in-person performance for all teams involved, and somehow we pull it off with skill and a great sense of humor. Producing a great show is extremely fulfilling, but working with so many experts is probably my favorite part about being on the Cybis team.
I consider versatility to be one of my strengths. Whether it's 2D or 3D design, animation, video editing, 3D modeling, rendering – you name it, and I am eager to embrace the challenge.

I was first introduced to Cybis as a Georgia FBLA Cybis intern while in high school. After going on to graduate college in business, I combined my skills in business and technology to advance and produce breathtaking shows for students across the country, thanks to Cybis.
Excellence- pushing the team to not settle for mediocre even when the circumstances might make it easy to do so.
When hundreds of hours of pre-production planning paid off for a first-year high profile Cybis client. The design came to life stunningly and the show went excellently. The kudos (and drinks!) that followed, and hearing that the client continues to choose Cybis, made the long nights all worth it.

Bring things to life! I create the opening videos, and some of the more involved supporting animations. Success in my role is when the crowd gets a huge jolt energy to kick things off. By the time my video ends, the room atmosphere should be full of anticipation, and excitement!
My skill-set was a near perfect fit for the content Cybis needed. It plays strongly to my strengths as an animator, and really lets me play a cool role of WOW-ing the audiences.
Every beat of the music is an opportunity. The content is what we hope drives people, and the music we choose always elicits an emotion in the crowd on its own. However, I really believe the details I provide are what keeps people hooked. Whenever the music hits, or goes into a unique section is my time to shine. When the music really captures my attention I can almost always just see how a video should look.

I've been a client and a contributor, but most importantly, a fan. I've been collaborating with Cybis since 2006 when TEAMTRI selected Cybis as our event production partner for federal events with The White House. I've scripted and choreographed a number of shows with Cybis since then.

I am the voice of Cybis at some of the award shows. I sit in the back, behind the black curtain, and announce the whole script! Lots of work but well worth it. I love my job and the people that I am fortunate enough to work with.
I try to do the best possible job to please not only the client, students, and audience, but my peers as well. We all work as a team, and every one of us is responsible for our success. Super happy to be around such a great crew.

I provide support to the producer, director, designers, stage crew and technicians throughout the production process. I help ensure the production runs smoothly from rehearsals to the live presentation/performance.
I started out as a professional dancer, and though I loved the stage, the behind the scenes is what I fell in love with. I then moved into choreographing and directing. It is my passion to create and plan out how to make an exciting presentation.
The only way to do great work is to love what you do.

Seeing a show on paper one day, then by the end of the next day, we're done with opening night. It still amazes me how quickly and well everything comes together.

That was back in the spring of 2017. Cybis was looking for a camera operator for a show in the town I was living in. Once I met up with the team I was working with and saw the things that we were doing, I was hooked! I wanted to keep being a part of these incredible productions.
